I. Job Summary

• Responsible for starting the rides/attractions for the guest. This position will be expected to greet guests and provide a positive guest service experience for the customers of the Big Apple Fun Center. Play the rules for every guest every time. Responsible for collecting payment.\

III. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities  

1. Set up and prepare track and attractions for daily opening and/or properly shut down at business close
2. Assist guests in where to purchase game cards.
3. Explain rides and play instructions (if applicable)
4. Provide guests with safe equipment by checking all safety features regularly.
5. Cashier; Utilize the card swipe to process the payment from guests.
6. Maintain maintenance logs.
7. Responsible for providing friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to bowling guests
8. Practice proper workplace health and safety procedures
9. Work days, nights and/or weekends as the business demands
10. Keep all tables clean and trash cans emptied when more than half full.

IV. Other Duties and Responsibilities

1. Train to assist in laser tag (when applicable)
2. Train for and assist in minor go-kart repairs (when applicable)
3. Assist customers getting into and out of karts if needed.
4. Assist customers with seat belts (when applicable)
5. Any other task(s) requested on behalf of the Big Apple Fun Center

V. Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

1. Must be a minimum of 14 years of age. If under the age of 21, no duties will be assigned in the Sports Bar
2. Ability to operate cash register and credit card equipment helpful
3. Outgoing, friendly, and possess good customer relations
4. Team oriented; courteous and cooperative
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to work amid distractions and interruptions

2. Assist guests in where to purchase game cards and accept reservation.
3. Explain the different variations of laser tag and play proper instructions.
4. Provide guests with safe equipment by checking all arena obstacle regularly.
5. Cashier; Utilize the card swipe to process the payment from guests.
6. Maintain maintenance logs.
7. Responsible for providing friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to bowling guests.
8. Practice proper workplace health and safety procedures.
9. Work days, nights and/or weekends as the business demands.
10. Keep all tables clean and trash cans emptied when more than half full.

I. Job Summary

• Responsible for serving food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests visiting the snack bar. This position will be expected to greet guests and provide a positive guest service experience for the customers of the Big Apple Fun Center.

II. Reports To

• Supervisor/Manager On Duty

III. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Set up and prepare snack bar for daily opening and/or properly shut down snack bar at business close
2. Assist guests in food and beverage selection by describing specials or menu changes, answering food preparation questions, taking the order and upselling where possible
3. Prepare and serve food and drinks as ordered
4. Provide guests with efficient food service by maintaining food displays, clean counters, dishes, trays, floors and equipment
5. Cashier; calculate bill total and collect payment from guests
6. Maintain and stock food and disposables inventory including cutlery, plates, napkins, etc.
7. Responsible for providing friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to bowling guests
8. Practice proper workplace health and safety procedure
9. Work days, nights and/or weekends as the business demands

IV. Other Duties and Responsibilities

1. Train to assist in game room area
2. Train for and assist front desk / guest attendant, as needed
3. Assist customers with bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up and if needed assist with choosing the right bowling ball, as needed
4. Any other task(s) requested on behalf of the Big Apple Fun Center

V. Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

1. Must be a minimum of 14 years of age. If under the age of 21, no duties will be assigned in the Sports BAbility to operate cash register and credit card equipment
2. Ability to cook food on grill, in fryer and/or pizza ovensOutgoing, friendly, and possess good customer relations
